Emergency lines for the deaf
The emergency line for the deaf belongs to those activities of the Brno Metropolitan Police that have the goal to increase security of all, it means of disabled citizens as well.
The Metropolitan Police of Brno realizes just like you that it is neccessary to listen to opinions of the others, but it is not easy. To be able to help solve the problems of the citizens, the officers must know about them. They have to communicate with people and understand them.
We make effort to make this communication open, constructive and useful for both parties. We try to find ways how to address all the citizens of our city, how to advice them, how to inform them, how to warn them. We are ready to help the deaf as well with the emergency line for them.
Who is this line for?
Just as in other cities, there are deaf or people with poor ear people living in ours. They have their troubles, too. They sometimes need our help.
