Mobile Centre for Crime Prevention “MOBIDIK“

The Project of edifying centre (MOBIDIK) helps to present advice from the area of crime prevention for general public. It is a bus whose interior serves as a showroom.

Information Board of the Brno MP for the Public

Brno Metropolitan Police within the boards of crime prevention holds various events for the public, gatherings, and meetings with citizens. The project called Information Board of the Brno MP aimes to inform the citizens about these and other activities of the Metropolitan Police.

Zones of mutual help

The project aimed at that part of the public that is willing to actively help to improve their own security and to make their property secure. With the help of policemen responsible for soem area, the citizens create zones with groups of several flats, houses, small businesses, or gardens. more

Bicycle registry

Free and voluntary service for citizens: bicycle registration and stolen bicycles registry. more

Needle

In recent years we find disposed application medical tools. These are left at public places by people who abuse drugs. Needles can be a threat to health for a person that gets hurt accidentally. Mostly it is children playing on the playgrounds or in the parks who get hurt.

Safety cameras system

It is a big project of situation crime prevention. Throughout the city, there is over 60 camera points in the places of large number of street criminal activity.
